Current Opportunities
Host Home Provider
Open your home and heart to an adult with IDD. As a Host Home
Provider, you’ll provide a genuine family environment — meals,
companionship, daily support, and community inclusion. This is one
of the most meaningful roles in our network.
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Stable home environment with a private bedroom
- Willingness to complete required training
- Background check clearance
- Commitment to person-centered values
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Direct Support Professionals are the backbone of quality IDD care.
As a DSP, you’ll work alongside individuals with IDD in their homes
and communities — supporting daily living, building skills, and
fostering independence and belonging.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check
- Prior experience with IDD preferred but not required
- Genuine passion for supporting others
Respite Provider
Provide short-term, relief care for individuals with IDD, giving
their primary caregivers a much-needed break. Respite providers can
work flexible hours and make an enormous difference in the lives of
both individuals and their families.

- Compassionate and dependable
- Flexible availability
- Background check clearance
- Willingness to complete respite training
- Ability to follow individualized care plans
